Kosta Boda Fidji vase by Kjell Engman
A large Kosta Boda Fidji vase by Kjell Engman (Born 1946). This series was launched in 1988 and was inspired when when Kjell Engman accidentally spilled oil on water. The oil floated and shifted on the surface of the water in a wide spectrum of colors. He was inspired to transfer these colors to glass. This example stands 45cm high in hues of green purple and yellow. It retains the Kosta Boda label and is inscirbed with the artists signature and number 48870. Origin Sweden.
