A late 19th century 18ct gold brooch, with a cat drinking from a blue and white enamelled bowl opposite a bird, the cat with a rose cut diamond eye and the bird with a cabouchon ruby eye, the bar set with a seed pearl, with safety chain, unmarked but tests as 18 carat gold, contained in a Carrington & Co. 130 Regent St, box, 4.5cm wide, total weight 8.2g.
